THERACK® All In One Gym - 30 lbs. Warranty Policy

The manufacturer, PowerPortLA, LLC, located at 11693 San Vicente Blvd. #710 Los Angeles, CA 90049, warrants to the original consumer buyer, exclusively, that the merchandise sold represents full value to give the original consumer buyer the satisfaction the original consumer buyer has the right to expect. If the original consumer buyer is not satisfied with the merchandise purchased because it has been defectively manufactured with imperfect materials or workmanship, or does not stand up to normal usage, the original consumer buyer may within 90 days from the date of purchase from PowerPortLA, return it to the manufacturer with proof of purchase, and the manufacturer will, at manufacturer's option, either repair or replace the defective item. Such repair or replacement shall be the extent of manufacturer's obligation. No other warranty and no warranty as to applicability of product to use is either given or implied.
